Jessica Lee
Jessica Lee, 25, died on December 2, 2015, after being held at the Page County jail in Iowa. She was found unresponsive in her cell on December 1 and taken to a hospital in Omaha, where she died the next day. An autopsy found acute methamphetamine toxicity to be the cause of death. Officials said no one had notified jail staff about her condition, even though a recorded phone call she made shortly before she was found showed she told the person she was dying.
