Jessica Cook
Jessica Cook, 40, died inside the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester late on Sunday, June 18, 2023. The Hillsborough County Department of Corrections announced the death the following day and did not release a cause. Officials said a preliminary review indicated the death was not suspicious. The same day, the facility carried out sweeps for contraband after suspected overdoses involving other women held there.
