Jessell Constancio
Jessell Constancio, 49, died on July 15, 2026, at a hospital, days after what the Bexar County Sheriff's Office described as an apparent seizure in her cell at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center. She was taken to the hospital in critical condition and kept on life support until her relatives chose to end it. The sheriff's office said the Bexar County Precinct 2 Constable's Office and its internal affairs unit are investigating her death. KSAT counted her death as the seventh in the jail's custody that year.
