Jesse Smith
Jesse Smith, 38, of Little Rock, was held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility in Arkansas. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, his cellmate alerted deputies that he was unresponsive around 4:20 a.m. on April 11, 2022, and medical staff and Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services treated him before he was pronounced dead. His body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy, and the sheriff's office said it is investigating the death, with the cause and manner not yet determined.
