Jesse Davis

Jesse Davis, 49, died on the morning of March 21, 2017, while held at the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility, a state prison run by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. The department said it had started an internal investigation and contacted Milwaukee police. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office said an autopsy would be performed to determine the cause of death, and no cause or manner had been confirmed in the reports.
