Jesse Crow, 33, was found hanging in his cell at the Monterey County Jail early on August 7, 2010, and was pronounced dead at Natividad Medical Center. A deputy found him during a bed check. The Monterey County Sheriff's Office said he had been checked at 2:07 a.m. and appeared fine.
