Jesse Anderson
Jesse Anderson was held at Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin, when he was fatally beaten in 1994. The account attributes the killing to Christopher Scarver, another person held at the prison, and says Scarver's motive is not entirely clear. Anderson was on the same cleaning work detail as Jeffrey Dahmer.
