Jerry Wisdom, 55, died on the evening of Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the Columbia County Detention Center in Georgia, where he was held. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in his cell. The sheriff's office said no foul play was suspected and that his body was being sent to the GBI for an autopsy, and no cause or manner of death has been announced.
