Jerome Jones
Jerome Jones, 35, was held at the United States Penitentiary Hazelton, a federal prison in Preston County, West Virginia. The Federal Bureau of Prisons said staff found him unresponsive on the evening of March 17, 2026, and emergency medical services took him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead on March 18. The bureau has not stated a cause or manner of death in the account reported by WV News. The FBI was notified of the death.
