Jermaine Antonio Goss
Jermaine Antonio Goss, 36, was injured in a fight with a cellmate at Broad River Correctional Institution, a South Carolina state prison, according to the South Carolina Department of Corrections. The department said he was taken to an area hospital, where he later died of his injuries on September 10, 2022. The SCDC Office of Investigations and Intelligence, the State Law Enforcement Division and the Richland County Coroner's Office are investigating the death, and the manner of death is pending.
