Jeremy Lee Simmons
Jeremy Lee Simmons, 41, died in his cell at the Oklahoma County Jail in Oklahoma City on August 29, 2018. The sheriff's office said staff found him unresponsive during a sight check at about 10:20 p.m., and that he died at the scene after an ambulance was called. The sheriff's office said it is investigating, and the state medical examiner's office will determine the cause of death, which had not been released in a later report.
