Jeremy J. Palmer
Jeremy J. Palmer, 46, died on September 16, 2019, at Norton County Hospital in Kansas, after being taken there by ambulance from the Norton Correctional Facility Central Unit, where he was held. The Kansas Department of Corrections and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are investigating the death. The cause of death is pending autopsy.
