Jeremy Price, 36, moved to the Atlanta area in 2010 hoping to make it as a rapper, his mother said, and was excited about meeting his 14-year-old son. He died on March 2, 2024, at Hays State Prison in Trion, Georgia, while in the custody of the Georgia Department of Corrections. His mother said the prison has not given her further information about how he died.
