Jeremiah Coffey
Jeremiah Coffey, 22, was held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center in Oklahoma City. According to the jail's account, he was found unresponsive in his cell on January 21, 2026, and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A graduate of Douglass High School who worked as a cook at a Sonic Drive-In, he is survived by his parents, two brothers and a sister, according to one report. The state medical examiner is investigating the cause of death, which has not been released.
