Jennifer Lynn Espinoza
Jennifer Lynn Espinoza, 37, of Haltom City, died on January 16, 2019, six days after she was booked into the Tarrant County jail, and was taken to JPS Hospital where she died. The Texas Office of the Attorney General's custodial death report lists her death at the Tarrant County jail, and the Texas Rangers are investigating it. According to FOX 4 News, the medical examiner's office had not yet determined a cause of death. Her father has questioned whether she was adequately supervised while in custody, and the sheriff's office said jailers followed protocol and began first aid when they found her unresponsive.
