Jennifer Ann Leinberger
Jennifer Ann Leinberger, 46, of Springtown, was held at the Wise County Jail in Texas. According to a local news report, she was found unresponsive in her cell on October 2, 2020, and a jailer used an automated external defibrillator to try to revive her, without success, before medics were called. An autopsy by the Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office attributed her death to the toxic effects of methamphetamine and ruled the manner accidental. A Texas Ranger is investigating the death, and the Texas Attorney General's custodial death report lists the date as October 3, 2020.
