Jeffrey Robert Brown, 48, died on March 21, 2020, while held at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming. Department of Corrections spokesman Mark Horan said the death was an apparent suicide. The department said an autopsy had been ordered and that it would investigate under its policy.
