Jeffrey M. Nolen
Jeffrey M. Nolen, 51, of Harrisburg, Illinois, died on February 10, 2015, while held at the Saline County Jail. The Illinois State Police were asked to investigate and were interviewing jailers, people held at the jail, and family members. Preliminary results indicated no foul play, and an autopsy was scheduled. The cause of death had not been determined at the time of the reporting.
