Jeffrey Lee Mills
Jeffrey Lee Mills, 34, died at the Montgomery County Jail in Virginia on December 21, 2008. Sheriff's Capt. Robert Hall said Mills was found hanging from a light fixture in his cell. Hall said another person held at the jail alerted staff that Mills had tied a bedsheet around his neck about seven minutes after a guard's cell check. Hall also said there was no sign Mills had been despondent before he was taken into the jail.
