Jeffrey Kluver
Jeffrey Kluver, 35, of Dundalk, died on July 6, 2025, at the Baltimore Central Booking & Intake Center, where he was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead. His brother Michael Kluver described him as big-hearted and someone who loved his family, and said he had struggled with substance use disorder and mental health issues. Keith Martucci, a spokesperson for the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, said the cause is under investigation pending an autopsy and that foul play is not suspected. The family says they have struggled to get information about what happened, and the medical examiner's office has said the autopsy report is not yet complete.
