Jeffrey Brake
Jeffrey Brake, 61, died after a medical emergency, according to a June 30 press release. A Norman police spokesperson said Brake was in police custody and waiting to be booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center when the emergency happened. Brake was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
