Jefferson Russell Finch, 26, was held at the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center in Mississippi when he died. He was found unresponsive in his cell and taken to a hospital, where he died early the next morning on March 15, 2019. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is handling the investigation into his death.
