Jedidiah Clinton Peltier
Jedidiah Clinton Peltier, 45, of Redding, California, died on February 21, 2024, while held at the Shasta County Jail. According to Captain Logan Stonehouse of the Shasta County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive in his cell after other people held at the jail raised the alarm. The sheriff's office said the death is being investigated by its Major Crimes Unit and the Redding Police Department, and the coroner had not yet announced a cause or manner of death.
