Jeana Michelle Rogers
Jeana Michelle Rogers, 33, of Bremerton, was a mother of two children, as her family's community is described in local reporting. She was found in her cell at the Kitsap County Jail in Port Orchard on the night of February 19, 2019, and was taken to Harrison Medical Center, where she died the next day. The Kitsap County Coroner's Office said she died by hanging, and investigators said the ligature was bedding. Port Orchard Police led the investigation with help from a county critical incident team.
