Jaylan Goodman died while held at the Clayton County Jail in Georgia, according to a letter from Sen. Jon Ossoff, who named Goodman among several people whose deaths at the jail he called untimely and unnecessary. The senator's description of these deaths is his own claim, and no date or cause of death has been published.
