Javier Francisco Villalba-Reyes

Javier Francisco Villalba-Reyes was 34 years old. He was held at FCI Fort Dix, a federal prison in Burlington County, New Jersey, for a little over a month when prison staff found him unresponsive in March 2025. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
