Jason Williams
Jason Williams, 41, died at the Larch Corrections Center near Vancouver, Washington, on March 28, 2015. The Washington Department of Corrections said he was found hanging from his orange jumpsuit in the Secured Housing Unit and that his death was a suicide. Northwest News Network reported that his death was the third Washington prison suicide in the first three months of 2015.
