Jason T. Wallace, 29, died at Western Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Maryland, on the evening of Friday, September 13, 2013. He was found unconscious in his cell during the prison's recreation period. Maryland State Police said another person held at the prison had been identified but not named, and that no charges had been filed. State police said the cause of death was not yet known and that an autopsy was planned.
