Jason Stout, 32, of Moncks Corner, was found dead in his bunk at the Hill Finklea Detention Center on the morning of Wednesday, May 9, 2012. The Berkeley County Coroner, Bill Salisbury, is investigating, and an autopsy was scheduled. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is also investigating the death. The cause and manner of his death were pending at the time of the report.
