Jason Rodriguez
Jason Rodriguez, 46, was found dead in his cell at Columbia Correctional Institution in Florida on April 5, 2016. The Medical Examiner's Office in Jacksonville, in an autopsy report released in June, ruled the death a suicide from multiple drug toxicity involving two prescription medications, amlodipine and metformin. The reporting did not establish whether the prison had provided those medications to him. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said it was still investigating and did not suspect foul play.
