Jason Kirkland, 45, died on July 28, 2022, at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida. According to a press release from the facility's public information officer, staff found Jason Kirkland unresponsive in the early hours of that day. Emergency medical personnel pronounced Jason Kirkland dead at the facility. The facility said it notified the FBI and the US Marshals Service.
