Jason Binkiewicz
Jason Binkiewicz, 42, of Dillonvale, died on August 26, 2016, after falling from the third floor of the Jefferson County Courthouse in Steubenville, Ohio. His family was notified of the incident. According to the sheriff's office, a deputy was walking him from the courtroom toward the elevator to return him to the county jail when he ran to the stairwell and went over the banister, and the deputy briefly grabbed his jumpsuit before losing his grip. City police and the Ohio Bureau of Investigation are investigating the death as an apparent suicide, and the sheriff said he had complained in the past about swollen ankles.
