Jason Allen Watts
Jason Allen Watts, 29, of Spring Valley, died on October 13, 2018, at UCSD Medical Center. He was held at the San Diego County Central Detention Facility, and the sheriff's office said an evaluation there found he needed more medical treatment, so he was sent to the hospital. The hospital reported that he developed medical complications there and died the next day. Chula Vista Police Capt. Phil Collum said the cause of death is unknown and is under investigation by the Chula Vista Police Department.
