Jasmine Zaimon
Jasmine Zaimon, 35, died in December 2025 while held at the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. She was found unresponsive on her bunk on a Sunday morning and pronounced dead by San Antonio Fire and EMS at 9:00 a.m., after on-site medical staff responded. The sheriff's office has reported the death as pending, and the medical examiner has not yet determined her cause and manner of death. A report by WOAI said her death was from an overdose, and her aunt, Zerlina McNeal, has called for the jail to separate people who use drugs and ensure they get proper medical attention.
