Janice Mowdy
Janice Mowdy, 59, from Scott County, Mississippi, died in January 2024 at a hospital after being held at Central Mississippi Correctional Facility in Rankin County. Rankin County Coroner David Ruth confirmed her death and said foul play is not suspected, and he said it was unrelated to another death at the facility that day.
