Jane Douglas
Jane Douglas, 59, was held at the Randolph County Jail in Cuthbert, Georgia, when she died in September 2020. According to WALB, she was found unresponsive in a cell and pronounced dead at the scene. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation reported the death, and an autopsy was conducted at the GBI Crime Lab. The cause and manner of death have not been reported.
