James William Gann III, 36, of Decherd, died on March 16, 2019, while held at the Franklin County Jail in Winchester, Tennessee. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said the death appeared to be a suicide, according to spokesman Sgt. Chris Guess. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation assisted in examining the death.
