James Walker
James Walker died while held at the Cummins prison in Arkansas in 2017, during a stretch of August and September that saw five people die across three state prisons. The Arkansas State Police said K2, a synthetic cannabinoid, may be linked to his death. As of KATV's February 2018 report, the State Police investigation was still open and no cause or manner of death had been determined.
