James Shinneman
James Shinneman, 42, died on July 26, 2023, at the Jefferson City Correctional Center, a state prison in Missouri, where he had been in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections since August 24, 2022. The department said he was pronounced dead just after 7:00 a.m. that Wednesday. The department said an autopsy will determine his cause of death.
