James Robert Miller
James Robert Miller, 39, died at the South Central Regional Jail in Charleston, West Virginia, on April 5, 2021. The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security said staff found him unresponsive in his bunk early that Monday morning, gave medical aid and called EMS, and that he was pronounced dead about 6 a.m. The department said the cause of death had not been released and the incident remains under investigation.
