James Lynn Jetton
James Lynn Jetton, 27, died on May 28, 2024, while he was being held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center in Oklahoma City. Oklahoma County officials said detention officers found him in his cell at about 10:30 a.m. In the initial county news release, the cause and manner of death were left to the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office. A News 9 report published in May 2025 said an autopsy listed acute fentanyl toxicity as the cause of death.
