James Lester, 39, was taken to the Daviess County Detention Center in Kentucky early on the morning of Sunday, July 29, 2018. About three hours later he became ill and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Kentucky State Police are investigating his death and had not given a cause of death as of the report.
