James Lee Flowers
James Lee Flowers, 53, of Cabot, died at the Lonoke County jail in Lonoke, Arkansas, on December 16, 2016. Jailers found him on the floor of his cell at about 2:30 a.m., and he was pronounced dead. The Lonoke County Sheriff's Office said the death appears to be from natural causes. His body was sent to the state Crime Laboratory in Little Rock for an autopsy.
