James Lee Brownlee, 57, of Woodland, was found dead in his cell at the Chickasaw County jail in Houston, Mississippi, on July 24, 2018, a day after he was brought to the jail. Chickasaw County Coroner Michael Fowler said the cause and manner of death will not be determined until an autopsy is completed.
