James Iven Moore
James Iven Moore, 70, died on November 3, 2025, at a local hospital after being held at Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, Oregon. The Oregon Department of Corrections said the Oregon State Police were notified, as is standard for in-custody deaths. The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death, which remain pending. The department said his next of kin has been notified.
