James Cline, 63, died on May 12, 2022, while in the custody of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction at Franklin Medical Center. A department spokesperson said his death was apparently from natural causes. The FOX 8 I-Team reported that the prosecutor's office confirmed the death.
