James Bousman
James Bousman, 23, was held at a county jail in Vista, San Diego County, when he died in July 2022. According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, he was found unconscious in his single-occupant cell shortly before midnight on July 26. He was taken to a trauma center, where his condition worsened until he died on July 27. The sheriff's department said the cause of death will not be ruled on until postmortem examinations are complete.
