James Beaudrie
James Beaudrie, 48, once operated a store at Merle Hay Mall, and his family sometimes lived in the back of it. He died on August 4, 2023, while in hospice care, the Iowa Department of Corrections said. He was held at an Iowa state prison at the time of his death.
