Jamarcus Hykeem Dawkins
Jamarcus Hykeem Dawkins was 18 and from Columbia, South Carolina. He was held at Kirkland Correctional Institution in May 2018, and he was found unresponsive in his cell. Emergency medical services took him to Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, and Richland County Coroner Gary Watts released his name.
