Jake Wesley
Jake Wesley, 51, died on August 18, 2019, while held at SCI Greene in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Prison officials said staff found him unresponsive in his cell during security rounds around 11:30 p.m., and he was pronounced dead. State prison officials announced the death, and state police are investigating. The coroner will determine the cause of death.
